Welcome to T.A. Entertainment. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern your use of our subscription services. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

Service Description

1.1. T.A. Entertainment offers Prime Video & Budget Budget Video subscription services that allow users to access a variety of television channels, movies, and Sports Entertainment.

1.2. Our Prime Video & Budget Video Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Due to the nature of the service we can not guarantee 100% up time or no buffering, therefore no warranty is supplied. We strive to maintain a quality service, but at times there are situations out of our control. No refunds or proration will be made if any of our services are disrupted. The contents for packages may vary, and we may add or remove any channels or content at any time without notice. We are also not liable for the content you receive on our services.

1.3.T.A. Entertainment is not liable for any issues arising from lack of maintenance on your devices, including handling repairs or replacements for damaged devices. However, T.A. Entertainment does offer additional services.

1.4. Additional Services

In-home troubleshooting call for $40: Includes remote pairing, app reinstallation assistance, and account troubleshooting. “Local Only”

In-home installation of 3-10 devices for $80: Sets up all devices to your home WiFi, pairs remotes to TVs, installs TV apps on new devices, and provides customer education on remote/TV services. “Local Only”
Ready-to-go boxes for $50: Uninstalls unnecessary default apps for a streamlined experience, includes pre-installed T.A. Entertainment TV apps, and pre-logged-in accounts for convenience. “Free Shipping”

Please be aware that TV service subscriptions are sold separately.

User Obligations

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the services, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing and using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

2.2. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not engage in any activity that may interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Services.

2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for any activity that occurs under your account.Your account is limited to the amount of connections agreed to in your plan. You may use the service in Multi-Homes for you and family and friends. There is no IP Lock on your accounts but if we see suspicious activity with numerous different IP addresses beyond your connection plan, your account will be suspended. Your account may be banned indefinitely if you are found to be in violation of the above mentioned connection terms, and your subscription will be terminated.

Intellectual Property Rights

3.1. All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of T.A. Entertainment or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content provided through our Services without the prior written consent of T.A. Entertainment.

Payments and Subscriptions

4.1. You may purchase TV subscriptions and make an account through our website. https://taentertainment.net By making a purchase, you agree to pay the specified fees for the selected subscription Acceptable Payments options with Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or CashApp only.

4.2. All payments are non-refundable, It is up to the user to be aware of their account expiration date and renew accordingly.

All past due accounts will be suspended, if your account is not paid within 10 days of expiration the account will be closed.

ANY PAYPAL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE UNDER “ FRIENDS AND FAMILY “ OR YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE SERVICES WE ARE HELPING TO BRING TO YOU.

Limitation of Liability

5.1. T.A. Entertainment shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Services.

5.2.T.A. Entertainment does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content provided by third-party channels accessible through our Services. The availability of such channels may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Termination

6.1.T.A. Entertainment may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice, in its sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time.
